Less than 24hr!

In less than 24hr, we will be on a plane, heading for Costa Rica!  2 years of planning, organizing, fund raising and harassing students to get their paperwork in will be over!  What will I do with all my spare time?  Oh the options...

Firstly, I'd like to thank the students for fundraising for their trip.  Between the whole group, some raising money on their own, we raised close to $1800 for the trip.  In addition, around $700 of additional funding was raised for a grand total of $2500.  This money covers the cost of tips for bus drivers and tour directors as well as the students excursion, a canopy tour through a tropical rain forest.

With our last info arriving from EF tours, we were given some information on our accommodation while in Costa Rica.  Here are a few pictures of our hotels while traveling.

as you can see from the pictures, the rooms vary from a 4 star hotel in the historical landmark, Hotel Grand Costa Rica, to beach accessible  Colon Caribe, to jungle cabins in Hotel Ara Ambigua which is located in the Sarapiquí region of Costa Rica.

I'm sure everyone is excited to see the sights and people of this unique region of the world!

Hasta La Vista, Stirling!
